You can also bring along a brochure or
plan of your own to see if we can build that particular home on an available lot.

A second alternative is to build on your lot or an individual homesite. We are happy to work with you to build your new home on a lot that you own or are in the process of purchasing. Our sales team maintains a list of available building lots and upon engagement with us, we will work with you to determine your search parameters and then go to work seeking the best building site that meets your needs.
Each individual site requires a detailed evaluation to determine how to best site your home and the cost to make the site a fully developed ready to build site. The new home construction process should always be coordinated under one roof and professionally led. Our Land and Sales teams will professionally direct you through the entire process to insure you select the ideal architectural plan, the best suited homesite, and ensure that both fit together and meet your budget.
